- We strive to minimise our environmental footprint by reducing energy and water consumption during the washing, packing and storage of our rentable collection. We have also taken measures to minimise waste generation in the sourcing, packing and transportation of our pieces.
- We will regularly assess our operations to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements and waste reduction.

- We are committed to sourcing products and materials that meet high environmental and ethical standards. 95% of our collection is pre-loved or vintage. Our aim is to keep these beautiful pieces and materials in use and extend their lifecycle for as long as possible.
- Where our products are new and no vintage, we look to source products that are made from reclaimed or recycled materials, are natural, made in small batches in conditions that are safe, high welfare and were workers are paid fairly for their work.
